Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the butchery department, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to work closely with both the food hall and kitchen teams to deliver a high-quality product offering.
About You:- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures.

- A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
