Job Title: Renewable Energy Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Portfolio Manager to join our team at BDO LLP. As a key member of our valuation team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of renewable energy clients, coordinating the delivery of client projects, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Support Directors and Partners in creating efficiencies in client projects.
  • Guide junior team members in their professional development.
  • Prepare valuation models using a range of techniques, including discounted cash flow and market multiples.
  • Proactively manage project timetables, reporting to and working directly with senior colleagues.
  • Identify and investigate key issues in a valuation, challenging information provided where necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of practical experience in the valuation of renewable energy projects.
  • Deep understanding of valuation concepts and techniques.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to produce written reports to a high standard.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Relevant professional qualification, such as CFA or CAIA.
