Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our client's team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for preparing and managing construction estimates, ensuring accurate costings and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage construction estimates, including tendering and contract administration
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
* Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate costings and project delivery
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
* Analyze and interpret building regulations and ensure compliance

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction methods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
