The role involves supporting students who face challenges such as Autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. As an Emotional and Behavioural Support Assistant, you will foster positive relationships, assist the learning journey, and help students navigate obstacles to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to help students meet their goals.
  • Assisting with personalized lesson delivery alongside teachers and support staff.
  • Supporting students in developing essential life skills and self-esteem.
  • Contributing to an inclusive, safe, and nurturing school environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working with young people (optional).

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay rate: £83 - £95 per day (based on experience and qualifications).
  • Long-term contract with potential for permanent role.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm hours.
