Access Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Access Control Systems Engineer. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing access control systems, door entry systems, and CCTV equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain access control systems, including door entry systems and CCTV equipment.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance on access control systems and other security-related equipment.
- Ensure all aspects of access control work, including testing, inspections, and compliance checks, are conducted in accordance with current industry standards.
- Provide daily status updates to your supervisor/manager, highlighting any issues with timescale or resources.
- Perform other duties as reasonably requested.
- Experience in social housing/local authority maintenance.
- Possession of a valid CSCS card.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following manufacturers: ISM, GDX, ENTROTEC, SML, PAC, KMS, RECORD, GEZE, GALAXY, TEXECOM. Training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
