We are a leading online fashion retailer seeking a skilled individual to lead our quality assurance efforts.

Job Summary:

This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive quality improvements and cost savings throughout the product development process.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to promote collaboration and effective problem-solving.
  • Lead the development and implementation of industry-leading technologies to improve quality, speed to market, and product innovation.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all production stages by reviewing and updating technical standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or garment industry.
  • Proven track record of driving quality improvements and reducing costs through strategic planning and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of pattern cutting and grading principles, with excellent knowledge of Menswear.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to build cross-functional relationships and motivate teams.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
