Job Title: Vehicle Damage Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Estimator to join our team at Tru Talent. As a Vehicle Damage Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and estimating repair costs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess vehicle damage and estimate repair costs
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
• Follow correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor
• Technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ)
• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a busy body shop
• Strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours
• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques using Audatex

What We Offer:
• Basic Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: OTE £50,000
• Working hours: 45 Hours per week, Monday - Friday, no weekends
• Extras: Bonus Scheme and Upsell Bonus available
