We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Behaviour Management Mentor to join our team at a brand-new SEMH primary school in Croydon, South London.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Sociology, Geography, Politics, Social Work, Linguistics, or Education, and a genuine interest in understanding how children think and behave.
As a Graduate Behaviour Management Mentor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and progressive learning environment for children with SEMH and pastoral needs. You will work closely with the Pastoral and Wellbeing team to develop and implement provisions that support the emotional and academic well-being of our students.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with children at any level and a strong aspiration to pursue a career in this field. You will be a pillar of support for our students, providing emotional and academic support, and working closely with the teaching staff to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive.
