Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated instrumental teaching professional to join our team at Warwickshire Music. As an Instrumental Teacher - Drums, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality music education to students in schools and community music centers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent musicianship skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have experience working with children and young people, and be able to provide support and guidance to help them achieve their musical goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver drumming lessons to students in schools and community music centers
  • Assess student progress and develop personalized learning plans
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure effective delivery of music education
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Excellent musicianship skills, including proficiency on the drums
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Valid DBS check and willingness to undergo further checks as required

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £21.60-£36.52 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
