Credit and Collections Director

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Control and Invoicing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the credit control and invoicing function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and credit control activities.

• Lead and manage the credit control and invoicing team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective processing of invoices and credit control activities.
• Develop and implement process improvements to maximize revenue and reduce debtors.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of job costs, including charge entry, project time sheets, and technician expenses.
• Regularly review credit control areas and take action to reduce company debtors, ensuring payment dates are challenged when they do not comply with agreed credit terms.
• Ensure invoices submitted to external customers are correct and compliant with their needs to reduce the volume of returned invoices.

• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a credit control and invoicing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support team members.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
