Job Title: Site Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team at Kier Group. As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the supervision of the workforce at our Worcester Wastewater Treatment works site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of subcontractors to deliver work safely and to the specified quality.
  • Ensure implementation of Project Plans, RAMS, ITP's, and approval of supply chain RAMS, in line with Company procedures.
  • Input and awareness of construction programme and working alongside the project planner and Project Manager.
  • Delivery of inductions, issuing of permits/forms, and daily briefings, including toolbox talks, and record keeping.
  • Undertaking weekly site audits and documenting and issuing RFI's in collaboration with the project manager.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry.
  • Substantial knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management, and costings.
  • Good knowledge in producing, reviewing, and implementing Safe Systems of Work for task-specific actions.
  • CSCS Card.
