Early Years Assistant Teacher

Do you enjoy working with young children and being part of a dynamic team? We are seeking an Early Years Assistant Teacher to join our team and contribute to the educational and personal development of our students. As a key member of the nursery team, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have recent experience of supporting young children between the ages of 6 months to 3 years. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for young children
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to achieve set goals and objectives
  • Support children with additional needs and provide individualized support
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £12-15 per hour, depending on experience. You will also receive free regular training from our experienced educators, opportunities to build relevant classroom-based experience with reputable schools across the area, and 7% statutory holiday pay.
