About the Role

At Ultimate Performance, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Fitness Coach to join our team in Leeds. As a Fitness Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional personal training services to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for clients, taking into account their unique goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and progress monitoring to ensure clients are achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on proper exercise technique, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
  • Collaborate with other Fitness Coaches and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments to continuously improve services and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in the fitness industry, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven programs and exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
  • First Aid Certificate earned through an in-person certified course and valid for 12 months.
