**Job Summary**

2K Polymer Systems (UK) is seeking a skilled Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling minor products or components with a small number of details within routine and highly repetitive assembly operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble minor products or components with a small number of details within routine and highly repetitive assembly operations.
  • Work at a workbench or on a conveyer line, performing tasks such as checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, pasting, sniping, tying, or trimming either manually or by machine.
  • Perform basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning.
  • May perform miscellaneous jobs such as moving assemblies/machines or cleaning floors.
  • Work under close supervision and typically have 0-2 years of experience.

**Requirements:**

  • 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and understand production schedules.
