We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Kier Group. This role will involve working closely with our FM team to deliver FM contract requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing CEMAR, a contract and customer/client system, to ensure all required documentation is added and approved prior to works taking place.
  • Monitoring Concept to ensure all hard FM works are recorded, carried out on time, and jobs closed out correctly.
  • Ensuring all statutory compliance is completed on time and documentation is on file, both in Concept and CEMAR.
  • Ensuring all H&S paperwork (RAMS, COSHH, Permits) are completed and documents available for compliance and audit purposes on CEMAR.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Facilities management knowledge and previous experience within a similar role, specifically within an FM team/department.
  • Knowledge of contract and customer/client systems, where appropriate.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as business finance systems and other contract-specific systems.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
