Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our construction projects and ensure their successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water and wastewater systems, civil engineering, and construction methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor and control project costs, materials, and quality standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Provide accurate progress reporting and address any project challenges proactively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on water or utility infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater systems, civil engineering, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
