Montcalm Collection is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for shaping the company's next chapter and showcasing your skills. You will become a trusted ambassador for one of our hotels and take advantage of the opportunity to move between properties, achieving the service and product delivery standards for the department with a high degree of customer care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Be responsible for the reactive sales of residential meeting and events enquiries from start to contract handover.
- Create quotations and proposals based on customer requirements, conducting regular follow-up calls to identify changing needs.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and issue contracts.
- Input enquiries into the relevant booking systems and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct site visits to showcase the hotels.
- Conduct post-event calls to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels and secure repeat business.
- Engage with the hotel Operations team to ensure client expectations can be met and exceeded.
- Collaborative and empowering team dynamics.

Candidates must be authorised to live and work in the UK. Currently, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
