Advanced Practice Education and Training Lead

NHS England is seeking a highly organized and flexible Advanced Practice Education and Training Development Lead to coordinate and support the delivery of the Advanced Practice portfolio at regional and sub-regional levels in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism.

The successful candidate will provide Advanced Practice leadership and programme management expertise, contribute to proactively managing key risks and issues, develop relationships and engagement strategies, and work with workforce planning and business intelligence colleagues to identify current and future Advanced Practitioner demand and supply.

The role will involve creating and delivering reports to demonstrate a sound understanding of the quality assurance and value for money impact of Advanced Practice in the region.

NHS England is committed to delivering high-quality services for all, and this role will play a key part in achieving this purpose.

The successful candidate will be expected to spend at least 40% of their time working in-person and will be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.

NHS England holds a Sponsor Licence and may be able to sponsor the successful candidate providing the Home Office requirements are met.
