Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming telephone calls, logging and passing on messages.
- Process new supplier applications.
- Ensure quality documentation is maintained.
- Send email service reminders and quotes.
- Book Service Engineers' diaries.
- Record incoming service / breakdown requests in CRM.
- Arrange hotels / accommodation for engineers.
- Chase suppliers for timely delivery.
- Process PO for non-project purchases.
- Verify delivery notes for goods in.
- Provide HR Admin support.
- Offer Sales & Marketing Admin support, including CRM and Social Media.
- Manage company vehicles, booking service / MOT etc. and keeping records updated.
- Previous administration experience / operations support.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Good all-round IT skills, with Sage experience beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
This is a part-time role, working Monday to Thursday, 9:30am to 2:30pm (20 hours per week). The hourly rate is between £12 and £14.
