About the Role:As a teaching assistant, you will work one-to-one with each student, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and abilities.
Job Summary:This is a part-time opportunity that requires a flexible approach to working hours. The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, 1:1 tuition sessions to secondary-aged students.
- Develop and implement bespoke learning plans tailored to each student's needs and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and carers.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience.
- Strong subject knowledge in English and Maths.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
