Senior Specialist in Pulmonary Medicine

The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist in Pulmonary Medicine to join its Respiratory Department. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of clinical and procedural work, research, quality improvement, and service development initiatives.

The successful candidate will have expertise in pleural disease and a strong interest in lung cancer. You will work closely with the Thoracic Surgical team to deliver a wide range of interventional procedures, including ultrasound-guided techniques, thoracoscopy, rigid bronchoscopy, stenting, endobronchial valves, and navigational bronchoscopy.

The Trust is committed to delivering novel pathways incorporating AI and nodule follow-up, and has recently implemented a Targeted Lung Health Check Programme. You will be encouraged to contribute to the substantial research agenda in the University of Oxford.
