NPD Manager Role
Aspion Search is seeking an experienced NPD Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bakery production processes, ingredient functionality, and sensory evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development, managing the entire NPD process from concept to launch.
- Work with key retail partners to align product development with their strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Oversee NPD projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets for on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Production.
- Liaise with ingredient suppliers to source materials and ensure quality standards.
- Oversee trials, taste panels, and sensory evaluations, adjusting formulations as needed.
- Ensure all products comply with food safety standards and labeling laws.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of bakery production processes, ingredient functionality, and sensory evaluation.
- 5 years in NPD.
- Project Management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, labeling laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- PMP certification is a plus.
