The RoleWe're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a key member of our organisation, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care and support possible.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social interaction
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
- A competitive hourly rate of £11-£13
- A range of adaptable contracts, including full and part-time roles

- A supportive and sociable team environment
- No experience necessary - we provide full award-winning training
- Availability to work at mealtimes and weekends
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
