**Marketing Agency Analytics, Dashboarding & Reporting**

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Location:** Central London (3 days a week)

**Salary:** Up to £40,000 dependent on skills & experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Director to join our team at Guaranteed Tenants Ltd. As a key member of our marketing agency, you will be responsible for leading our analytics efforts, developing and implementing data-driven strategies, and driving business growth through data insights.


Key Responsibilities
  1. **Data Management:** Oversee the collection, transformation, and analysis of data to inform business decisions.
  2. **Reporting and Dashboarding:** Design and develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  3. **Data Quality:** Ensure data integrity and quality by identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  4. **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams to drive the development of our data platform and capabilities.
  6. **Commercial Opportunities:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and value.

Requirements
  1. **Hands-on Experience:** Proven experience in managing data, including collecting, transforming, and analyzing data.
  2. **Data Visualization:** Experience with data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau.
  3. **SQL:** Proficiency in SQL to perform basic queries and data analysis.
  4. **Data Platform:** Experience with end-to-end data platforms, such as Adverity, Domo, or Datorama.
  5. **Leadership:** Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and mentoring junior members.
