We are seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Outreach Tutor to join our team at Parker Smith Inclusion. As a Therapeutic Outreach Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting our students in the community and helping them access their curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working with young people within an SEMH education setting and possess a strong understanding of Trauma-Informed Practice. You will be responsible for working one-to-one or with small groups of students, building strong relationships and supporting their emotional and educational needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students with SEMH/ACE/s/ASC/Sensory and Communication Difficulties
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to students in a therapeutic setting
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Maintaining professional boundaries and being resilient, solution-focused, and reflective in your practice
