Master Electrician

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced electrical professional to lead the delivery of commercial solar PV installations. Reporting to the site manager, this role involves mentoring a team of 3 less experienced electricians.

• Participate in project management functions and provide technical advice on design and purchasing decisions.
• Ongoing training and recruitment of the electrical team.
• E nsure sites comply with health & safety legislation.
• Liaise with the office team regarding materials and logistics.
• E nsure jobs meet quality standards and resolve any issues prior to handover.
• Inspect completed installations and troubleshoot problems.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician.
• Qualified 18th Edition.
• Commercially strong with experience leading a small team and problem-solving.
• Higher-level electrical qualifications (Level 3 NVQ, HNC/HND); AM2 and Inspection and Testing.
