About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly residents who require assistance with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and using the bathroom
- Help residents with mobility issues to move around the facility, including to dining areas, communal spaces, and their bedrooms
- Participate in recreational and social activities with residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their quality of life
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.04 for weekend days and £12.74 for weekend nights
- Full and part-time hours available, with opportunities for career progression
