Job Title: HLTA

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HLTA to join our team at a Doncaster-based Primary School. As a key member of the school community, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff and providing high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching staff in the classroom, providing individualized attention to students as needed
  • Plan and deliver interventions for students with special educational needs
  • Cover PPA time and contribute to the development of lesson plans
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
