Job Title: Senior Estate/Block Manager

About the Role:
Elevate your career with Pear Recruitment as we seek an experienced Estate/Block Manager to join our prestigious Estate Agency. With a minimum of 2 years experience, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of estates, serving as the main point of contact for freeholders and directors. You will attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and budget meetings, presenting reports and providing insights. Your role will also involve collaborating with contractors, surveyors, and other professionals to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements. You will oversee the day-to-day running of estates, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Additionally, you will ensure that all estates adhere to current Health and Safety Regulations and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of estate management activities.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of estates
• Attend AGMs and budget meetings
• Collaborate with contractors and surveyors
• Oversee the day-to-day running of estates
• Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are met
• Maintain accurate records

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in estate management or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of leasehold and freehold property management practices
• Familiarity with Section 20 notices and Health and Safety Regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
