Job Summary:

Meritus is seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to join our team in a detail fitting role. As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of detail fitting in relation to the manufacture of aircraft components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fitting duties including riveting, drilling, and sealing.
  • Ensure the detail fitting and production of aircraft components is accurate, complies with specifications, and meets timed deadlines.
  • Adhere to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People procedures.
  • Grade C or above in GCSE (or equivalent) Math's and English.
  • ~3 years plus fitting and assembly experience.
  • ~Experience of aircraft fitting of detail parts.

Requirements:

As a detail fitting specialist, you will have a strong understanding of aircraft fitting and assembly procedures. You will be able to work accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and adhering to safety and quality procedures.
