Refunds Administrator

Job Description

GedU Global Education is seeking a highly skilled Refunds Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the refund function, with prompt, accurate and timely payments of student refunds and other payments.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The Refunds Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and students to ensure that refunds are processed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using ERP systems and purchase ledger software. They will also be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and have a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan and paid time off.
