We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Home and Motor Insurance policies with expertise and attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with strict regulations, including FCA, DPA, TCF, and MID.
• Liaise with clients via telephone, written communication, and occasional face-to-face interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Personal Lines Insurance Policies with an Insurer or a Broker.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards.
