As a Customer Experience Stylist at Marks & Spencer Plc, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to style and maintain our visual merchandising displays to the highest standards.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility with shift times and days, including potential overnight work during peak periods. You will be working as part of a dynamic team to ensure seamless store operations and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Style and maintain visual merchandising displays across the store to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Demonstrate expertise in styling skills applicable to in-store visual elements, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial operations, including daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to recommend products and services effectively to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve 'best in town' standards through presentation, VM principles, and store cleanliness.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
