Job Title: Scientific Research Developer

As an Application Scientist at Stic On, you will play a crucial role in bridging scientific knowledge with practical application. In this full-time position, you'll be at the forefront of driving the development of our tools, through understanding and addressing our members' needs.

We foster strong relationships with our members and internal teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions that solve real-world chemical safety assessment problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a scientific expert, understanding the needs of members and regulators, and guiding them in applying our solutions effectively.
  2. Collaborate to share knowledge and data, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  3. Provide tailored training and scientific support on the application of our software solutions to meet our member's specific needs.
Attributes:
  1. An undergraduate degree, master's, or PhD in a relevant scientific field.
  2. Knowledge of toxicology, metabolism, degradation, and organic reaction mechanisms.
  3. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Excellent scientific communicator, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  5. Willingness and ability to travel frequently internationally.
