Student Conduct Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Student Conduct Manager to work within the Exclusion department at Potter Johnson secondary school in Newham.
This opportunity would suit individuals passionate about pastoral care and wellbeing, with a view to progressing to a qualified mentoring role in the future.
Main Duties:
- Implement student conduct management strategies that promote positive reinforcement and adhere to school policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working in a similar setting or a coaching/mentoring qualification.
- Valid DBS or willingness to apply for one.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
