Advanced Nursing Leadership Role in Neurological Care

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at The Chantry, a specialist neurological care centre in Ipswich. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of registered nurses and healthcare assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, holistic care to service users.
About UsThe Chantry is part of Brainkind, a leading provider of neurorehabilitation services. Our centres use expert neurorehabilitation to support individuals with neurological conditions or brain injuries, helping them to optimise their health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of registered nurses and healthcare assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure effective performance management of clinical staff, in line with Brainkind policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement plans to improve the quality of care delivered to service users.
- Provide teaching and mentorship to new or less experienced employees.
- Maintain accurate records of service user consultations, in accordance with legislation and policies.
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Post-registration experience in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and influence a team.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage change and maintain a safe working environment.
- A competitive salary of £17.03-£8.17 per hour (DOE).
