The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating our team to deliver exceptional care and education services. This includes:

• Managing daily operations
  
• Leading training and development initiatives
  
• Fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
  
• Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards
  

To excel in this role, you will require:

• 
  
• SQV 4 Children and Young People plus SQV 4 Leadership and Management or above (or working towards it)
  
• Extensive experience in residential settings
  
• High-level knowledge of relevant legislation and quality standards
  
• Experience in leading and motivating teams
  
• Ability to train and develop individuals and groups
