Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Utilities Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer - Utilities Specialist to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our site utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Oversee regulatory and audit requirements for Utilities maintenance.
- Manage 3rd-party contractors and ensure all necessary documents are provided.
- Keep SOPs current and accurate for maintenance activities.
- Lead the team to maintain Utilities and systems, minimizing downtime.
- Track and report on KPIs for Utility assets, showing improvements in uptime.
- Ensure maintenance schedules are met and documented.
- Implement HR policies and ensure team performance meets standards.
Requirements:
- Qualification in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or a relevant discipline (City & Guilds, BTEC, or Degree).
- 5+ years post-apprenticeship experience or 2+ years post-graduate experience.
- Proven experience in team leadership, coordination, and work execution.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to generate reports.
