About the Role

The Family Support Advisor will be responsible for building strong relationships with parents, carers, and community members to ensure all students receive the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • To identify and address the needs of students who may be struggling, working closely with teachers and other professionals to develop tailored support plans.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and support provided.
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to safeguarding and student wellbeing.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, education).
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
