About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at KP Snacks. As a key member of our production line team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall efficiency
  • Lead a proactive culture of health and safety, identifying and addressing potential hazards
  • Collaborate with the management team to review losses and develop action plans for sustained improvement
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the production team
  • Manage and prioritize maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and effective budget management
  • Develop and update technical documentation, including maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of the annual maintenance plan
Requirements
  • HNC/HND or Degree in an Engineering discipline (ideally with an electrical bias)
  • A minimum level 3 electrical qualification
  • Continuous Improvement (CI) experience
  • Proven strong engineering and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of utilising Lean tools and techniques
  • Preferably manufacturing experience
