About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Coach to join our team at First Intuition. As a Career Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting our apprentices to achieve their full potential and reach their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a caseload of L3/4/7 accountancy apprentices to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations.
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to support apprentices in achieving their career goals.
  • Provide regular review meetings with learners and line managers to monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Guide learners through the use of our bespoke e-portfolio system, including giving feedback on portfolio submissions.
  • Monitor learner progression to ensure they reach their highest potential in all the knowledge, skills, and behaviours of the apprenticeship standards.
  • Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment.
  • Keep excellent records and relevant trackers up to date.
Requirements
  • Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate with an enthusiasm for learning.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and professional, representing the brand to clients and apprentices.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Microsoft literate (Excel, Outlook).
