Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Rocky Bay Limited. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech pathology services to our clients.

About the Role: This is a permanent full/part-time position based in various locations north and south of the river. You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment, with hours tailored to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech pathology services to clients with a range of communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of speech pathology programs and services.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant Allied Health discipline, with experience in a similar role and/or sector (Disabilities) being desirable. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
