Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Subway store in Northampton.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Sandwich Artists to ensure exceptional customer service, high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading by example and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Supervising daily operations, including managing stock levels, inventory, and waste reduction.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
