Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate qualified Montessori Teacher for our pre-school classroom. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside our artist and outdoor/forest school leaders, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes child development and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging Montessori lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Recognise and document children's interests and stages of development, providing a supportive and self-directing environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational approach
Requirements:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
- Montessori Teaching experience (1 year preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
