About the Job

Tonic Talent is recruiting for a Bar Manager position at a popular Fresh Food Gastro Pub in Bartonthat. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the bar team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
  • Controlling inventory and stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and minimize waiting times.
