About the Role:

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled MSK Physiotherapist to join their team. As an onsite physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing accurate clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to employees with musculoskeletal disorders. Your expertise will enable you to classify presenting clinical musculoskeletal disorders and lead onsite exercise classes to rehabilitate employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reports to management following assessment and at discharge, indicating employee fitness to work and any necessary role adjustments
  • Conduct DSE assessments and provide prophylactic advice
  • Identify workplace hazards and assess the risk of these hazards causing or aggravating musculoskeletal ill health
  • Complete comprehensive assessment and treatment records
  • Collect statistical information for report generation and contribute to/run health promotion events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (required)
  • HCPC registration
  • Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Assistance with relocation costs (if required)
  • Contributory pension scheme up to 6%
  • Life assurance
  • Starting with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service
