Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, with a proven track record in driving business forward
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate, manage, and lead by example
  • Man management experience, with a proven ability to drive business growth and manage risk
  • Some Property Management experience essential, with knowledge of Vebra Alto ideal
  • Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation, with the ability to adapt to changing regulations
