Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Mortgage Adviser to join our team. As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and advising on mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on mortgage products and services to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their mortgage needs are met
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Education: A-level or equivalent standard
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills
• Qualifications: CeMAP qualification is preferred but not essential
