About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to lead our team of Fragrance Specialists and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales and customer service targets, and ensure the smooth running of the store.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Fragrance Specialists to exceed their KPIs and provide a luxury experience for customers.
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to discuss availability and work-life balance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
