Job Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the North Birmingham area. The geographical patch to be covered is the WS/WV postcode area. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for finding, diagnosing, and rectifying faults, and undertaking preventative maintenance on Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment at our customer sites.

Requirements
  • Experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, hydraulics, or a related field
  • NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification
  • IT literacy and ability to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good communication skills to liaise with customers and internal colleagues
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Take pride in your work and complete tasks to the highest standard
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the role
